Our specialised services in travel agencies
Tax Advisory
The Special Regime for Travel Agencies has its own VAT rules and not all operations receive the same treatment. We analyse how each service should be taxed and we manage your tax obligations also when international suppliers or destinations are involved.
02Accounting Advisory
Advances, reservations, cancellations, commissions and payments to suppliers are part of the day-to-day life of an agency. We organize the accounting so that each operation is correctly recorded and you can know the real margin of your trips and services.
03Payroll and HR Advisory
We manage contracts, payrolls, registrations and cancellations of agents and other personnel, taking into account the needs of a sector marked by seasonality, booking peaks and the different ways of organizing teams.
04Legal Advisory
Package trips, cancellations, claims or contracts with clients and suppliers may generate specific responsibilities. We help you review the conditions of your services and address the legal issues inherent to tourism activity.
05Financial Advisory
Charging today for a trip that you will have to pay for in several months requires a good distinction between billing and available liquidity. We analyse margins, advance payments and commitments with suppliers to help you protect the agency's treasury.
06Growth Advisory
New destinations, own products, online sales or agreements with international suppliers can open new business avenues. We study its economic and fiscal impact so that you can expand your offer without losing sight of profitability.

—Frequently asked questions
These are the most frequently asked questions that travel agencies ask us
How does the Special Regime for Travel Agencies (REAV) work?
The REAV establishes a specific VAT treatment for certain operations in which the agency acts in its own name and uses the services of other businessmen to carry out the trip. In these cases, the tax is calculated on the agency's margin and not following the normal operation of VAT. We analyse your operations to determine when this regime should be applied and how to calculate it correctly.
How should I account for advance payments that clients pay for their trips?
Advances require distinguishing between the money received and the accounting recognition of the income, in addition to taking into account when the corresponding VAT accrual occurs. Registering them correctly is especially important when there is a lot of time between booking and taking the trip. We help you balance collections, billing and accounting throughout the entire process.
What happens to VAT when I buy tourist services from suppliers in other countries?
It depends on the type of operation, where the supplier is established and whether the Special Regime for Travel Agencies is applicable. Hotels, transportation and other services purchased outside of Spain may receive different treatments. We review the complete circuit of each operation to determine where and how it should be taxed.
